Welcome from the Librarian

The Dennis A. Collins Library at University High School provides students with the resources to become competent, confident researchers. With over 15,000 items in our collection, students can find information on a wide range of topics. Beyond the traditional resources, students have access to thousands of online periodicals, reference works, and databases through our network of online subscriptions. Our aim is to work with students to make research an intuitive and exciting process!

Our collection is dynamic responding to curricular needs, as well as to student and faculty interests. The library itself is a welcoming space for students to study individually or in groups. Teaching extends into the library where classes regularly meet to work on research projects and work with the library staff.

We welcome all and any questions-feel free to ask!
